125 g butter
150g brown sugar
1 tsp cognac
1 low fat yoghurt
1 pack of vanila sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
50 g ground almonds
Peel apples and cut them into small pieces. Melt the butter with sugar(medium heat). Add the apples and cook for 2 minutes, add cognac.
Whisk eggs, add yoghurt, vanila sugar, cardamon, ground almonds and mix everything well.
Sift the flour and baking powder. Add to the mixture. Mix together with cooked apples.
Divide into small whatever form you want cups, bake in the oven at 180 C
