If you or your guests like the diversity of life and a variety of bread it’s definitely for you…
150 g flour
1 tbsp baking powder
3 eggs
50 ml sunflower oil
100 ml milk
80 g cheese Comté
1 courgette (not big)
150 g ricotta
2 tsp finely chopped parsley
200g ham
salt/pepper by taste
Everything is quite simple. Mix the flour and baking powder. Add sunflower oil, lightly beaten eggs with warm milk, cheese Comté and ricotta.
Cut into small pieces ham and mix with chopped (almost grated) courgette and parsley. Mix everything all together. Fill the baking forms (you can choose any shape, be creative;)) . Bake 25-30 minutes in the oven at 150-160ºC. Use instead of bread.
