Homemade crepes

Every home has its own recipe of pancakes, blinis or crepes. Here it is our family crepe style) The thinner the crepe, the more you enjoy it!

For the whole family:

750 ml milk

150 ml sparkling water

2 eggs, beaten

1/4 tsp of salt

1 1/2 tbsp of sugar

3 tbsp of sunflower oil

350-400 g plain flour

To make the crepe batter, mix milk and sparkling water with the salt, sugar and beaten eggs. Add the flour and oil. Whisk to make a smooth batter.

Heat the crepe pan until hot. (You may use a knob of butter for frying) Ladle in the crepe batter to cover the pan thinly, tilting the pan to spread the batter. Cook for just 1-1,5 minutes each side and enjoy))
